Take Ten Minutes Waking Up
When you get up, give yourself a ten minute window to come round slowly with a book and some tea. Doing this not only help you wake up, but will avoid you damaging your back while it’s supple from the night before.

Another quick one for improving oral hygiene is to remember to brush the roof of your mouth and your tongue too. This can help your immune system to fend off bacteria once again, as well as avoiding bad breath.
Turn Your Alarm Clock Around
You might not be aware of it, but small amounts of light from LEDs and digital displays can affect the quality of your sleep. Fight back by turning any devices with an offending light to face away from you when you go to bed.
Have a Bowl of Cereal in the Morning
The fibre in cereal will not only improve your digestion and be good for your teeth, but the complex carbs will keep you going all day without craving sweets and unhealthy snacks.
